A seasoned mariner, aviator, and leadership trainer, Captain Ajay Shivran is one of the few individuals in India to hold licenses for land, sea, and air. With 21 years of global maritime experience, he sailed across international waters on various vessels, mastering operations and safety.
As Director at Mariners Academy (2011–2018), he trained over 25,000 mariners, shaping future seafarers. A certified Private Pilot (USA) and Sport Pilot (Thailand), he also leads Jai Aviation, owning and operating five aircraft stationed across India, Thailand, and the USA.
With deep expertise in safety, leadership, and operational excellence, Capt. Shivran brings a unique perspective to corporate training, blending real-world experience with high-performance principles. His journey is now also featured in an upcoming aviation-based film with Akshay Kumar.
